1. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with tracking details when your order has shipped.

  • Note: During high-volume periods (such as holidays or major sales), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Estimates

We provide reliable domestic shipping across the country.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 Business Days from the date of shipment.

3. International Shipping

  • Currently, House of Pravaya does not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the country. We hope to expand our shipping horizons globally in the near future!

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@houseofpravaya.com or call us at +91 7257939123 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Damages, Lost Packages, and Returns

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at help@houseofpravaya.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. You can also reach our team directly at 7257939123. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

  • Incorrect Address: House of Pravaya is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages if an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order.
